Introducing the Wonders of Wine classes.These classes are sure to deepen your knowledge of wine, expand your palate while learning in a group environment. Each class will revolve around blind tasting 6 different wines. Wine experts Haydn Adams and Beth Niles will lead you through how to taste, what to look for, and how to properly examine the wine. It’s wine tasting the way it should be—fun and exciting!
In each class, you'll receive:
- 6 blind wine tastings from California vineyards
- Wine notes / background information
- Suggested reading and resources list
- Q & A with wine experts Beth and Haydn
- Light food (breads, cheeses, etc…)
- A lot of fun
