“A Taste of Place” Series – Why We Love Rosé

Join us as we welcome spring with our new 2010 Rosé. Our spring session of “A Taste of Place” will showcase the incredible versatility of Rosé. This is a culinary class so be prepared to get your hands messy! After a stroll through the garden where we’ll forage for ingredients, participants will prepare everything from whole grilled fava beans with smoked paprika salt to fried calamari with green garlic aioli. Guests will work together to make eight different appetizers then toast their culinary success with the Quivira Rosé before savoring all the culinary creations. We will provide a professional chef instructor, aprons, cooking equipment and copies of all recipes, you just show up and play!
